If you have read some of the other sections on Intensity, Myths & facts, Train less for better results, you will understand the why behind our training and nutrition method. If you haven’t this is a brief breakdown of how our training systems operate.

Our 5 step plan to success will bring you as far as the work outs. In developing these programs and workouts we need to bring all the factors together to keep you on track As Human Beings we are all driven by certain emotions and one of those emotions is certainty and this applies to how we feel and react to any changes in lifestyle.

Your program will be specific to your needs abilities and goals so you can be certain that every visit will promote a positive result. Each workout will be precise specific and varied challenging your body in safe controlled and innovative ways so as to change the internal environment of your body so it becomes more efficient at burning calories increasing energy levels and improving muscle tone.

How you connect with your trainer is an integral part of your program and success. Your trainer will be there to help guide and motivate you through every workout and each days eating habits. Being results focused will in itself maintain a high level of intensity at all times and hence your trainer will monitor every detail of your progression.

The sessions are composed of:

  • One to one high intensity Cardio Vascular
  • Weight Training and Cross Fit sessions combined and supported by flexibility movements to compliment exercise performance

Due to the nature of the workouts, physical changes are dramatic and continuous allowing you to take progressive steps towards your target every day.

Due to the high intensity innovative type of the resistance workouts each session lasts approximately 30 minutes utilizing a combination of free weight techniques complimented by state of the art isotonic resistance machines designed to isolate and challenge your body in a controlled and effective manner Generally individuals will complete a number of resistance sessions per week complimented by high intensity cardio and cross fit sessions. However the frequency of training is dependent on each individuals recovery levels and adaptation to training and diet.

The metabolic stimulation to the body from the combination of Muscle Fibre breakdown, Neuro endocrine responses and high level calorie expenditure is dramatic to say the least. When we take the results from the exercise format in isolation the effects are in themselves very beneficial. However when we combine the specific individual nutrition plan to the training the synergistic effect between the prescribed exercise format and diet is phenomenal.

Your diet is scientifically based on your body composition. As a result of this accurate physiological screening we can specify exact amounts of protein carbohydrates and fats for each individual, ensuring your body has enough fuel to train while supplying the building blocks for your body to recover from training The process of break down and rebuilding is the key to burning fat, getting lean and staying lean as long as the correct nutrients are available in the body from the diet. Imagine 10 builders on a building site with no bricks or cement, very little activity would be expired. The same applies to our bodies ability to recover from exercise. There is no point in overloading muscle fibre without having enough quality nutrients present in the diet, so the metabolic benefit from the recovery process can be properly utilized.
